Home Ahead operates as a digital-first housing support organization.

Most participant interactions, assessments, educational activities, support activities, reviews, communications, meetings, and program-related activities may be conducted through virtual, telephone, digital, electronic, online, video-conference, messaging, email, document-sharing, or other approved communication channels.

Home Ahead maintains participant support offices in:

Ottawa, Ontario

Mississauga, Ontario

These locations function as participant support offices and organizational support locations.

Support offices may be utilized for:

Participant meetings

Program-related meetings

Assessments

Reviews

Educational activities

Document-related activities

Program administration

Organizational activities

Other approved functions

Support offices generally operate on an appointment-only basis.

Home Ahead may establish additional support offices, participant support locations, meeting locations, satellite locations, partner locations, program delivery locations, or other approved service locations as organizational capacity, participant demand, operational requirements, program requirements, and strategic objectives evolve.

As part of its continued growth throughout Ontario, Home Ahead intends to explore additional support locations within the Greater Toronto Area and other regions where participant demand, program activity, and operational requirements support expansion.
