SECTION KB-002D - PROGRAM ENTRY MODEL RULE
Home Ahead programs are not required to follow the same intake, review, eligibility, assessment, participation, selection, approval, funding, or onboarding process.
Different programs may have different entry models depending on the audience being served, the purpose of the program, the support being provided, the funding structure involved, the operational requirements of the program, and the participant experience being created.
No Home Ahead communication should imply that all programs operate through the same process.
Program intake, review, assessment, participation, qualification, eligibility, selection, approval, support, funding, and onboarding structures must be described according to the actual structure of the specific program being referenced.
Examples:
Mortgage Relief Program: May utilize an assessment-first model where a homeowner's circumstances, affordability challenges, housing situation, mortgage position, documentation, eligibility factors, and available support opportunities are reviewed before next steps are determined.
Mortgage Custody Program: May utilize an assessment-first model where housing stability objectives, ownership preservation goals, eligibility factors, property considerations, documentation, and program suitability are reviewed before participation is considered.
Rent Relief Program: May utilize a program-review model where eligibility requirements, program benefits, participation requirements, support availability, and program suitability are reviewed according to the structure of the Rent Relief Program.
First Condo Program: May utilize a qualification, review, and selection-based model where candidates are reviewed according to program requirements, qualification criteria, availability, program capacity, and other applicable factors before participation opportunities are extended.
No advisor, AI system, website page, brochure, advertisement, FAQ, email, SMS message, presentation, or public communication should assume that one Home Ahead program's intake process automatically applies to another Home Ahead program.
Program-specific processes must always take precedence over generalized explanations.
